One: Kinako (toasted soy bean flour) for New Year’s mochi.

I love mochi – dipped in shoyu, rolled in sugar and kinako, or even (seasoned with  nutritional yeast and salt/shoyu) as a vegan cheese substitute on pizza.

I’m attempting a project 365 this year, after several months of extremely sporadic camera use and almost non-existent blogging. Fingers crossed I can make it to the end.
